On September 16, 2023, Commercial International Bank (CIB) Kenya Limited, successfully hosted its annual offsite event for all staff members, under the theme “One CIB”  to capitalize on the recent full acquisition of “Mayfair CIB Bank” with the auspicious presence of CIB Kenya CEO and Managing director – Mr. Hossam Rageh, bank’s management as well as some CIB Egypt senior management representatives .

The day was full of enthusiastic interactive   group   activities aimed to empower the staff by boosting their engagement, enhancement of their communication paths, whilst blending into the CIB values, fostering ties among bank staff, encouraging the generation of innovative ideas to achieve positive customer experience, service excellence and overall bank’s regional goals.

Through this event, CIB reaffirmed its leading position in the market and genuine contribution towards the growth and development of both nations as a significant step towards enhanced mutual collaboration, promoting of trade between both Kenya and Egypt that will contribute to prosperity of both economies.
