1. Visit any CIB Kenya branch.
2. Present your Valid Kenyan National Identification /Passport/Kenyan military ID, recipient details & destination country.
3. Fill in the respective form provided at the branch.
4. Pay the amount. (CIB customers can request a debit from their CIB Account).
5. Receive your reference number (e.g., MTCN).
6. Share the reference number with your recipient for ease of tracking/follow through.
How to Receive Money
