Naomi is a seasoned banker with over 17 years of banking experience in the financial services sector. She started her banking career in Barclays Bank of Kenya in 2005, where she served in various operations departments.
With a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering team success, Naomi is exceptionally well-equipped to excel in roles demanding strong leadership and deep banking expertise. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Moi University. She also earned an ACI Operations Certification from ACI (The Financial Markets Association) and is a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist from the IFS School of Finance London.
