Tirus Mwithiga is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Commercial International Bank (CIB) Kenya Limited , focused on leading the organization into sustainable profitability, scale and market relevance.
Previously he served as Group Director for Retail and later Corporate Banking at NCBA Group, and before that in executive leadership roles in the Africa region and internationally with Standard Chartered and Barclays.
Tirus Mwithiga’s career reflects a strong focus on client-centric growth, people and culture leadership, strategic and operational excellence, grounded on professionalism as a Chartered Banker and a holder of an MBA from Bangor University.
